Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Events4All is a pay-as-you-go service. There's no long term contract. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month.

Are there per-message fees?

Yes. The prices you see above include a fixed amount of messages per plan. If you go over that limit, Events4All will bill you the additional messages at the plan rate.

Do you charge for inbound/outbound messages?

No. We only charge for outbound messages. For example, with the Basic Plan you can respond to 150 requests.

What if I have more questions before I signup?

If you have any questions or need assistance send us an email at "support at events4all dot com" and we’ll get right back to you immediately.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Login into your Events4All Account and click on the "Profile" tab and you’ll see your options to upgrade.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We don't accept PayPal or Purchase Orders yet.

When will the text-messaging work after I signup?

You will be able to respond to your customer requests immediately.
